Processing Times

As a small handmade business, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time. 

Shipping Within Australia

Orders are shipped through trusted postal services and include tracking where available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays. Once your parcel has been shipped, Love Happy Minds is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping addresses is correct before placing your order. Love Happy Minds is not responsible for parcels sent to the incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping provider first using your tracking information. 

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
